Appraiser Continuing Education Courses - Completion of these courses will provide you with appraiser continuing education credit. You are welcome to enroll online.

Appraiser Courses - We offer all appraiser courses needed to earn your certification. You are welcome to enroll online.

Online Prep Course - This online course has helped thousands to achieve passing scores on their state appraiser examination. Once enrolled in our prep course, you have unlimited access to the course materials and periodic updates. You are welcome to enroll online.

Sales Associate License Course - This online Sales Associate Pre-License Course consists of real estate principles and practices, and Florida Real Estate License Law.

Broker License Course - This is the course required by the Florida Real Estate Commission to be completed to qualify as a real estate broker. This 72 hour course conducted online offers the easiest and most efficient way to satisfy the education requirements for your Florida real estate broker license. A broker applicant must have held an active sales associate license for 12 months within the preceeding five years before applying for the broker state exam.

Sales Associate Post-License Course - This online course covers topics the new agent will find helpful in working with clients

Broker Post-License Courses - A new broker must complete 60 hours of post-licensing education before the first renewal. We offer two 30 hour courses online to satisfy this post-licensing requirement. Changes in Education Requirements Impact Appraiser Exam Candidates!!!!

Examination candidates that test after January 1, 2008 will be tested on the new education criteria. Those candidates who qualified with education obtained prior to change in the requirements will find their education will fall well short of preparing them for the new state examination.
