Successful completion of these courses are required for entry into the appraisal profession. This series of courses consists of Basic Appraisal Principles, Basic Appraisal Procedures, and Florida Laws and Rules. To qualify as an appraiser, the 15 hour National USPAP Course must also be completed. A copy of 2010-2011 USPAP is included in the tuition for this course.
