Take these courses live streamed in the comfort of your home or office, no examinations are required. Students attending the 7 hour USPAP Update must bring their copy of the current edition of USPAP (2024) to class (either in print or electronic). Students in live streamed USPAP Update Courses should also have a current edition of the 7 hour USPAP Student Manual and USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual. USPAP may be obtained from the Appraisal Foundation (www.appraisalfoundation.org)

Class sessions meet 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM on the dates and at the locations listed.

This course provides an examination of extraordinary assumptions and hypothetical conditions in appraisal practice. Appraisers will learn to correctly identify and apply these critical assignment conditions and improve the quality of reports through accurate disclosure and transparent communication. There is also discussion of statistical correlation and depreciation. The course incorporates case-based discussions, examples and exercises designed to reinforce proper usage and documentation. 

This class meets from 8 am until 1:30 pm.

Fundamental analysis of time series analysis and understanding trends using scattering diagrams, correlation analysis and other tools are components of this course. Also discussed is the impact of seasonality and recognition of the market forces at work necessitating adjustments. Case studies are used to practice with discussed topics and techniques. 

This course meets from 1:30 pm until 6 pm on Friday and from 8 am until 10 am on Saturday.

The new UAD 3.6 Appraisal Forms with FNMA Guidance highlight this course along with discussions and case studies involving highest and best use, excess and surplus land.

This course meets from 10 am until 6 pm on Saturday.

Completion of this Law Update will provide you with 3 hours of appraiser continuing education credit and satisfies the Florida Law Update requirement.Our tuition includes all required course materials. Take this course live or streamed with no examinations required!

Courses are conducted with class sessions meeting from 3 pm - 6 pm.

This course is taught as part of our 30 hour appraiser continuing education package.

Our course materials consist of a bank of sample test questions, a complete answer key and explanations for all questions, and is supplemented with formulas and calculator keystrokes (Hewlett-Packard 12C). The course is entirely maintained online where all materials are kept up to date and relevant for the national qualifying examination. Separate examination materials are provided for Certified Residential Appraiser Candidates and Certified General Appraiser Candidates. Access to the course does not expire. Our students will have access to the course and all periodic updates until they earn their certification.
